Man she’s cute. Can you believe she turns 2 next week!? Where does the time go? This morning while I was doing my makeup, she was apparently snooping around in my room. Out she came with a big smile on her face, holding one of her birthday presents. It was a replacement for a toy stroller that broke a couple weeks ago. I tried to take it away from her so I could properly hide it, but that triggered a melt down. To be fair, she doesn’t have a clue her birthday is coming, and certainly doesn’t know that toys she finds aren’t meant for that moment. So I gave in and let her have it and she was a very happy girl. Like they say, 𠇌hoose your battles”. This was definitely a battle I didn’t need to win.
