After over twenty-four hours in transit, we were at the Airport in Rome, exhausted, waiting for our final leg to Madrid. Another four hours and we would be there. ⠀\n⠀\nWaiting at airports is always the worst side of travelling unless you come across someone like Simon. We were sitting near one of these pianos that are for the public to play. Everybody around us was silent, staring at their mobiles. We saw when he approached the piano and touched the keyboard with care as if testing it. He started to play the most beautiful song. People stopped to listen. Phones were put away. We felt like we're no longer tired. His music was feeding our souls. ⠀\n⠀\nHe told us he started playing when he was a child. \
