Over the summer, while family was in town visiting, we went up Mt. Tabor to find this piano sitting there waiting to be played. I played 'für elise'. #piano #pleaseplayme

There are several reasons why I still have faith in this town. This is one: someone had the idea to put pianos in select parks, around town. Obviously they’re sight specific based on overall aesthetics. This one can be found near the summit of Mt Tabor. I spent at least an hour watching people come and go and the piano had a line waiting to play it the entire time. I’m having a difficult time with humanity these days but this relit a small spark. Thanks to whoever made this a thing. 💪

The #kidsofstrumpdx went on an urban hike yesterday, and found this gem at the top of Mt. Tabor. Cash played “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” for some lucky bystanders, who gave him a resounding round of applause.
